The Miller Lite Cradle Stakes

For the second year in a row, a Claiborne Farm homebred captured the Miller Lite Cradle Stakes at River Downs. Passport, by Pulpit out of Trip, covered the mile and a sixteenth in 1:46. The two-year-old colt was ridden by Corey Lanerie and trained by Frank Brothers. Izzie's Halo finished second and Bold Start was third. Equibase's chart is available here. Marty McGee's report, from the Daily Racing Form, is available here.
